Another of the backgrounders introduced in "Moving Violations", the 2-page prelude to BotCon 2011's Animated comic story and toy set.

Can you spot Moscardo in the comic? The name, like some of the other Bumblebee-body-backgrounders, is one of Generation 1 Bumblebee's names from the other side of the world, specifically Portugal. After some tinkering, I decided I didn't want to use the normal range of proportions...
