Animated Scrounge

If you see someone singin' and dancin' in the street, might wanna watch your trunk. This guy's likely rolling around.

Scrounge here had a head design by the invisible Derrick J. Wyatt. Figured it'd be fun to throw him into "Moving Violations" as a cameo... and since it was just a bust, he only appeared as such in the comic. But since I felt that wasn't enough, we stopped, collaborated and listened, and I came up with a body for the guy.

Of COURSE he becomes a wheel.
